The Child Advocacy Center of Fayetteville held it annual American Girl Fashion Show® Fundraiser on Saturday, March 20, and Sunday, March 21, 2010, at the Crown Coliseum Ballroom in Fayetteville. This fun, engaging program showcases historical and contemporary fashions for girls and their dolls. Proceeds from the event benefit the Child Advocacy Center’s child abuse prevention and outreach programs.

Local girl models presented the fashions, while lively commentary, music and decorations created a memorable experience for girls and their families. Audiences were delighted by historical clothing that resembled what the popular American Girl® characters might have worn. Contemporary “Just like You” outfits for older girls and sweet Bitty Baby fashions for little ones completed the program.
